The first number in the address is the house number (6214); the second number is the street number (132). Example:
6214 132nd Avenue NE
Bellevue, WA 98005
The last two numbers in the house number represent the house, the numbers preceding that are the cross street. In our example of 6214 132nd Avenue NE, 14 represents the house while 62 represents the cross street. So this address would be on 132nd near 62nd.
The directional letters (i.e.: NE or SE) indicate which direction the street travels. If the letters come before the street number, the street travels East-West. If the numbers come after the street number, the street travels North-South. So 6214 132nd Avenue NE travels North-South since NE comes after 132nd.
If an address contains a Place or Court, it falls after the street with that name. So, 91st Place would fall between 91st Street and 92nd Street.
